We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Return window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition that you received it
• Be unworn / unused / unopened
• Have all original tags, seals, and safety stickers intact
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and beauty products that have been opened, used, or with broken seals cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we will:
• Send you a return shipping label (if applicable), and
• Provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:
• The item is defective,
• The item is damaged, or
• You received the wrong item,

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation).

5. Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used personal care and beauty products
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products (special orders, personalized packaging, etc.)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Sale / clearance items, marked as “final sale”

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:
1. Complete a return request for the item you have, and
2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the product you want.

7. European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused / unopened, with tags and in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:
• You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
