Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened beauty or skincare products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@nicvya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
