NICVYA Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the NICVYA Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participants must use their unique NICVYA referral link to invite friends and family.
2. A referral counts toward the 50-referral goal only when the referred friend places a successful, completed order through the participant’s referral link.
3. Simply clicking the referral link, visiting the NICVYA website, or creating an account does not count as a successful referral.
4. After 50 successful referral purchases have been completed and verified, the participant will qualify to receive one FREE NICVYA Hair Growth Oil.
5. The Hair Growth Oil is free; however, shipping charges apply and must be paid by the recipient.
6. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid orders do not count toward the 50 successful referrals.
7. Each qualifying purchase must be properly tracked through the participant’s referral link.
8. The free product reward has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
9. NICVYA reserves the right to review referral activity and withhold or cancel a reward in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
10. NICVYA may modify or discontinue the Referral Program. Changes will not affect rewards already validly earned before the effective date of the change, unless required because of fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.
